Beginning ‘People and Place’

The materials for People and Place have arrived, all wrapped up in that nice red tissue paper.  It’s a much thinner Workbook as well.   Even so,  I don’t feel ready to start. I don’t know how people manage to do two Modules at the same time.  I used to be good at multi-tasking but that ability seems to have deserted me during the past 15 months since I started Art of Photography.  I’ve spent longer than I’d thought I would working on the last Assignment of Art of Photography and it’s been a challenging time for me.  Should I stay safe and submit something more traditional or go out on a limb and do something entirely different.  I still haven’t made up my mind even though I keep telling myself that it’ll be okay whatever I do because the grade I get on formal assessment won’t be taken into account in the degree. Somehow I need to break that force field of indecision which is keeping me stuck which is why I’ve applied for P&P before I’ve finished with AOP.

I have a different tutor and need to send my Profile to him.  I also have this new Blog but still need to keep the AOP  one going until I’ve completed that Module and had my final Assignment assessed and received results of the formal Assessment which won’t be until September I should think. I’m going to have to re-learn how to do two things at the same time. It’s going to be hard to let go of AOP but I need to move on.

This is my first blog post here and it’s an opportunity to try a different theme from the previous one so I’m going to be playing around with it for a while.
